Re: goal difference vs head to head

Spanish title is decided on the head-to-head record I think.

I'm not sure about the other countries in europe.

Personally, I think it should be decided on goal difference. Say we are in Utd's position now - Chelsea drew 1-1 at Anfield and 0-0 at the Bridge so will you give them the title just because they scored a goal at Anfield? A goal that shouldn't have been? One off games could have been decided by a referee's mistake. Goal difference is the measure of a team in a whole season.
