You can't really knock Dirk too much because of his effort, workrate sheer willingness to do everything for the team cause. He's scored some important goals recently and his performances have been much improved too. However for 75% of the season he's been poor and not good enough. If we are to really progress he needs to become more squad player than a regualr starter. Bable has hige potential - we've mostly seen it when he's come fromt he bench or in 10-15 bursts. Still not quite sure what his position will end up being but he's got huge promise IMO
