Flashed means the firmware has been changed to play back up games. The latest Stealth firmwares allow you to play online without them realising your playing with a backup game. Thus meaning you dont get banned.

Its quite a tricky thing to do yourself. Depending on which make of drive and model number it is inside your xbox you can get it flashed leagally at Bowlers computer fair in trafford Park, Manchester for a cost of £30-£60.

Unfortunatly though after this has been done in most cases you do lose your microsoft warranty as the xbox has then been opened and the warranty seal has been broke.
