The most important thing is that Rick Parry goes, and this I have been saying for years and years and years before Tom even knew what soccer was. He is clearly incompetent and has been holding us back. He is also responsible for what is happening with the owners. He had a meeting with Klinsman, wtf? Not acceptable when we have a great manager that the fans love, and we were even unbeaten at the time. He has to go, so on this one Hicks is spot on, which Dave also said.

The second most important thing is that Rafa stays and has a working relationnship with the CEO and the owners.

If those two things are in order it matters less whether we are owned by a dictator from Dubai or a lose cannon from texas. Success on the pitch is all that matters, and that is mostly down to senör Benitez and a new CEO imo
Disagree the most important thing is that Hicks goes. Parry going on the same day would suit me fine but Hicks is the biggest threat to the club. Parry is a poor CEO but he isn't striving to place hundreds of millions of pounds of debt on the club - Hicks is though.
