Re: Uber techie people challenge

I all depends Adam. Both Cap'n and Weeksie are correct above, just for different countries. In Scandinavia, ISP's normally flash specific firmware onto their modems, to make sure these can be used only on their networks, whereas over here, they normally do it in SW. Go with the above from weeksie, it should just work. It will not be tuned specifically for your line, but will wotrk nonetheless. Oh, and reflashing new cracked firmware onto a modem is not something you should look into unless you really know what you're doing.
