people are welcoming the dic with open arms but frankly I fail to see how they will do things differently I doubt they will use their own money they are an investment arm ffs, I think when the dust settles not a hell of a lot would have changed with the exception of us paying less interest on our loans.
Im not sure DIC would saddle the debt of buying us onto the club.

DIC have the financial clout to get the stadium built asap and hopefully the marketing knowledge to be able to get the brand Liverpool FC sold throughout the world.

DIC are an investment company but you also have to realise they can make far more money elsewhere with different business ventures but none of them would give them the exposure that owning Liverpool Fc would.

Dont get me wrong im not saying DIC would come in and spend stupid money but what im saying is that i personally think Liverpool would be run at a loss but the extra value of having Liverpool FC in your portfolio makes it worth a lot more then what they would lose out on in Liverpool.

If DIC did buy us then i would expect another review of the stadium because they would be more facilities built into the stadium ie Hotel complete with business centre etc.

The new stadium would obviously bring in extra supporters so more cash through the turnstiles means more money spent on match tickets, programmes, food and drink etc.

We are woefully marketed around the world which i had hoped to be sorted when Gillett and Hicks took over but that hasnt been the case so hopefully if DIC bought us they would fix that problem.

The problem is on and off the pitch we need money spending as we need to 'speculate to accumalate' but this means we need wealthy owners to do so which is something Gillett and Hicks are not but DIC are.
