Favourite individual moment in music

I was listening to Sitting on the Dock of the Bay the other day, and realised that the moment (about two minutes in) that Otis spits the words "Two thousand miles I roamed" is the most powerful thing I have ever heard. The sheer venom in his voice conveys so much resentment that it totally transforms the song from a kind of winsome, pretty song into a political statement. It's not my favourite song of all time (it's not even my favourite Otis song), but it is my favourite individual moment.
Second would probably be when the drums kick in during the break in the Samll Faces' Tin Soldier. Sheer white boy funky goodness. What's everyone elses? It can be a lyric, a bassline, anything really.
