Easiest thing is a Pasta Dish

Get a bag of baby spinach (bag per 2 people)
a well chopped onion,4 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 2 cartons of Chopped tomatoes, and a dash of balsamic vinegar and a good blast of cracked black pepper .Use whatever pasta you want
If you wanna do a starter then get a nice Uncut bread ,cut some nice thick slices ,spread olive oil over one side ,stick it in the grill for 2 mins ,and as soon as it comes out of the grill ,cut a clove of garlic in half and rub it all over the grilled side .best garlic bread you will ever taste

Did anyone else feel that Mel Gibson's remake of the classic Life of Brian wasn't anywhere near as funny as the original?
