The Argentinian Meet is probably the worst restaurant I've eaten in in some time.

Il Forno - ok but nothing special
Cafe Sports England - ok for a cheap burger with a pint
Casa Italia - awful
La Vina - better than La Tasca but not as good as the old Don Pepes

The restaurant in Hope Street Hotel is quality if very expensive.
Piccolinos is the best Italian restaurant in town.
Sapporo Teppanyaki is great for a special occaision.
Not a patch on Bar Italia on Castle St just by Trials you go down the stairs to it.Beautiful food the veg that comes with the meal is top notch.Try the Halibut
